Please Note: There may be a delay to the delivery of your order over the Christmas period as our showroom, offices and warehouse will be closed on 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th, 29th , 31st of December 2024 and the 1st January 2025. Orders can still be made on our website; however, the orders will not be processed until we reopen on 02/1/25, therefore please allow extra time for your delivery for any orders made whilst we are closed. All enquiries will be responded to as soon as possible when we reopen. If you have any queries over an order you have made in the Boxing Day Sale our phone lines will be open from 10am - 4pm on Friday 27th December, Saturday 28th December and Monday 30th December, where a member of our sales team will be available to help.
Terms and conditions:
The promoter of the Boxing Day Sale is Peppermill Interiors which is a trading name of Peppermill Antiques Ltd, and shall hereon be referred to as ‘the promoter’.
1. Our normal terms and conditions apply to the Boxing Day Sale, you can read our full terms and conditions here.
2. Opening date for the sale will be on Thursday 26th December 2024 (00:01). Closing date for the sale will be Tuesday 31st December 2024 (23:59). After this date no further orders with the discount applied will be permitted.
3. Up to 60% offer is only valid on selected lines only. The additional 15% offer is applicable on all products, including items already discounted in the Boxing Day Sale, Clearance lines or Bespoke Furniture orders.
4.The Boxing Day Sale reductions and the 15% sitewide offer will be available online during the dates stated. The offer will only be available in-store during our Christmas opening hours stated on our website.
5. In order to get 15% off you must enter the discount code GIFT15 at checkout on www.peppermillinteriors.com, visit in store or call a member of our sales team on 01543 375872.
6. The discount code will be valid for the dates of the sale stated and announced on the website, across our social media channels and to our mailing list on Thursday 26th December 2024.

8. All orders made in the Sale will have immediate dispatch, and may be by pallet delivery, we are unable to hold any items for you.

10. Please note, any returns must follow our terms and conditions. You can return any complete, unused, undamaged item in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. You are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) to us, unless you received a faulty, damaged or wrongly despatched item. Returns can take up to 14 days to be processed, especially during busy periods. Please refer to our terms and conditions of sale.
11. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the sale and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the sale will be notified to customers on the website as soon as possible by the promoter.
12. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate details supplied by any customer.
13. The discount is as stated, and no other alternatives will be offered. The offer is not transferable. We reserve the right to substitute the discount with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
14. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Boxing Day Sale will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. You are providing your information to Peppermill Antiques T/A Peppermill Interiors and not to any other party.
16. The promoter also reserves the right to cancel the Boxing Day Sale if circumstances arise outside of its control.
