Denver Free Side Table Terms and Conditions

• Free Elford Round Side Table with every Denver Range order, while stocks last.

• One per customer during promotional period regardless of quantity ordered.

• The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice. 

• The Elford Round Side Table is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The product is not transferable. 

• The Denver Footstool is exempt from this promotion. Any orders of the footstool will not include a free side table.

• Subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute the table with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

• The Elford Side Table is not refundable. In event of damage in transit, we will review the order for replacement or substitution of equivalent value.

• No additional, further or other costs or expenses are included in unless stated. 

• Every Denver Range pre-order made, whilst the Elford Side Table is in stock, will have an Elford Round Side Table allocated to the order.

• The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions, and shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside of its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.  Any cancellation or changes made due to COVID restrictions are out of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the promotion will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
