Situated on the Barton clifftop in the picturesque Barton-on-Sea, Hampshire, the Beachcomber offers everything from breakfast, right through to Sunday lunch and cocktails on a Friday and Saturday evening, giving guests the chance to wine and dine in the ultimate relaxing environment.
This clifftop eatery instantly puts you at ease with its tranquil views of The Solent and The Needles. Their interior has wooden floors, wooden walls and huge windows, bringing in that breathtaking view. A log fire is situated in the corner for you and your furry friend to snuggle up to, while the surrounding garden allows you to feel a little sea breeze in the good weather.
The Beachcomber has chosen industrial furniture for their interior, our Nelson and Admiral seating ranges offering a neutral seating palette of whites, greys, and browns, representing those earthy surroundings.
Complementing the industrial seating is a mix of our much-loved metal-based tables, like the A Frame Dining Table with a zinc top, which is perfect for bars and restaurants because they are easy to clean and wipe down after use. The Sheffield X Frame Dining Table and Tank Trap Table also feature those stunning zinc tops. The Copper Pipework Table warms up the palette and gives the eatery a softer industrial edge. Flowers walls and flower prints are scattered around the vicinity to add delicacy, too.
The Zeppelin A Frame Poseur Table is fitted with the butcher’s block top and is encircled by the red Admiral Wingback Bar Stools, which is the real standout feature in this interior.
With a selection of great food to a beautiful backdrop, this family-owned, dog-friendly eatery is the perfect piece of escapism, and we love that a piece of Peppermill belongs to it.
