The promoter of the prize draw is Peppermill Interiors which is
a trading name of Peppermill Antiques Ltd, and shall hereon be referred to as
‘the promoter’.

The giveaway is open to
persons aged 18 years or over except employees of Peppermill Interiors and
their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the company or
judging of the competition.

There is no entry fee for
this giveaway.
3.
By entering this giveaway,
an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and
conditions and entry into the giveaway will be deemed as acceptance of these
terms and conditions.

Closing date for entry
will be Monday 9th September 2019 at 12PM. After this date no
further entries to the giveaway will be permitted.

To enter the giveaway, you
must follow @peppermillinteriors on Instagram at https://www.instagram.com/peppermillinteriors and like the relevant post. You can tag your
friends in the comments underneath the post for one extra entry only. Multiple tags do not count.
6.
No
responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

One
winner will be chosen at random from all entries received.

The winner will be
notified by DM on Tuesday 10th September 2019. If the winner cannot
be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, the
promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a
replacement winner.

The promoter reserves the
right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without
notice. Any changes to the giveaway will be notified to entrants as soon as
possible by the promoter.

The promoter is not
responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third
party connected with this prize draw.

The prize is as stated,
and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not
transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to
substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Winners will be chosen at random, from all entries received and verified by

The promoter’s decision in
respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will
be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

You are providing your

The promoter’s decision as
to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence
relating to the giveaway will be entered into.

The promoter also
reserves the right to cancel the giveaway if circumstances arise outside of its

promoter accepts no responsibility for the prize once dispatched.
