Refund policy

Checking Your Items:

Before signing for your delivery, please inspect your items carefully. Signing the delivery note means you agree the items are not damaged, faulty, or incorrect. If you find any issues after delivery, report them to us immediately. We will repair or replace faulty items at no extra cost.

Not Satisfied with Your Product?

If you're not fully satisfied, fill out our Product Query Form, ensuring all fields are completed. In order to return an item please keep the original packaging as faulty items must be returned in the original box to receive a full refund, including the item and delivery charge.

Returning Items for Other Reasons:

If you're returning items for reasons other than faults, you will need to notify us within 14 days of receiving your item(s) to be eligible for a refund. Returns outside this period will not be accepted. If you are receiving a refund, this may have deductions, and you will need to cover return costs. The collection charge for your returned item will equal to the original delivery cost. If delivery was free, we'll inform you of the collection cost. You can also arrange your own return method for a full refund minus the original delivery charge.

Showroom Purchases:

For exchanges or refunds on showroom purchases, you must return the items to us and cover any re-delivery costs. When arranging your own returns, ensure items arrive in their original state. Refunds are through the original payment method. Notify us within 14 days of receiving your item(s) for a refund. Returns outside this period will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items:

Bespoke, custom-made, and specific-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Vintage items requiring work or customisation are also non-returnable. Please note, any credit notes are valid for six months from the date of issue. Items that are not bespoke or vintage have a twelve-month guarantee, but we do not guarantee items cleaned with commercial products or used outside unless stated. We will not guarantee any of our chairs if they have been used on uneven flooring. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee our items if delivered outside of the UK. This is due to the increased cost of shipping to and from non-UK countries. Customers wishing to return, exchange or seek a refund for an internationally purchased item(s) will be liable for all costs incurred for return and re delivery.

Additional Notes:

Antique and vintage items don't have a guarantee. Requests to exchange or return these items will be processed according to your statutory rights.
