This depends on the item and location. In most cases, Peppermill Interiors can deliver overseas however, please pass your enquiry to the friendly sales team at sales@peppermillinteriors.com who will provide a bespoke quote to your delivery postcode.

The delivery time depends on several factors, including availability and the item in question. Delivery for non-production items typically takes between three to fourteen working days. We do everything possible to ensure timely delivery.

An express delivery service is also available at an additional cost, if the items are needed sooner, please call to enquire.
Some items, particularly bespoke furniture, require production in the workshop which results in a longer lead time.

Please note: that these timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Expect longer timeframes for deliveries outside mainland England and Wales, remote areas such as Scotland and Cornwall, non-UK deliveries, and orders placed during the busy Christmas period.

Unfortunately, no. The Burntwood Showroom is open Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm, Fridays 9am to 4:30pm, and on Saturdays from 10am to 4pm. For bank holidays, we are open 10am to 4pm - excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year's Day. Christmas opening hours are announced at the start of December.

Yes! Plenty of free customer parking is available in front of the showroom.

No, you do not have to make an appointment to visit the showroom. If you are a business looking for large quantities we do recommend you advise the team 24 hours in advance of your arrival so they can dedicate an account manager to help you with your order.

Unfortunately, no. Only assistance dogs are allowed in the showroom.

You must notify Peppermill Interiors within 14 days of receipt of your item(s) if you would like to return your item for a refund.

All items must be properly wrapped in the original packaging provided upon delivery to be eligible for a full refund. Any items that are returned in inadequate packaging, which subsequently get damaged in transit, will not be refunded. Returns and exchanges received outside of this time frame will not be accepted.

Bespoke furniture and vintage items that have been customised are non-refundable. Depending on the reason for the return, the customer may have to pay the costs of the return of any goods. You can find our full refund policy here.
