Our Bespoke Pine Bench with Storage is not only practical, but also adds character to your home decor. The rustic pine finish is achieved through hand waxing, which brings out the natural beauty of the reclaimed timber. This wooden storage bench has ample space to store items such as scarves, gloves, and outerwear, making it a functional piece of furniture. It is a versatile piece that can be used in various spaces in your home, such as the hallway, dining room, or living room.

It is important to note that this pine bench is handmade using natural and reclaimed materials. While every effort is made to ensure that the bench is manufactured to the highest standards, there may be slight blemishes, cracks, and marks on the timber due to the production methods used and the nature of reclaimed wood. However, these imperfections only add to the character and charm of the bench.

Delivery

Expected Delivery Time: Delivery typically takes up to 14 working days, but it may vary for non-UK deliveries or during peak times like Christmas. These are estimates, not guarantees. 

Delivery quotes: We primarily deliver within mainland UK. If you would like a delivery quote for more remote areas of the UK or an overseas delivery quote, please contact our sales team.

Delivery Methods: Depending on the item and quantity ordered your item could be delivered by post, pallet or courier.  If there are any parking/access restrictions at your location, you must advise us of this at point of order. Heavy tables over 2.4m require two people on-site to assist our delivery team. 

Collection: We offer a free collection service from our Burntwood Showroom. Collections must be booked 48 hours in advance, if you require an earlier collection please contact our sales team. Please bring a receipt and photo ID matching the name on the receipt. Delivery or collections must be accepted within 10 business days in order to avoid a storage charge. If someone else collects for you, notify us in advance. They must bring your receipt and their ID, which will be securely stored for 3 months.

Returns

If you wish to return, no problem! We offer refunds within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns outside this period are not accepted. If your item was delivered we do charge a collection fee, if you collected the item you must return the item to our showroom. Items must be in its original, unused condition and remain untouched and returned in original packaging.

Bespoke and customised items are non-returnable. This includes vintage or commercial items made to order.
