One of our top-selling outdoor furniture items, the Alder Outdoor Dining Chairs are available in natural or slate grey.

The comfortable, wide chairs make the Alder outdoor set the perfect choice for venues with large outdoor space, where guests might want to rearrange the furniture to suit their needs or for families looking forward to al fresco dinners and afternoon barbecues.

Each Alder chair comes with a removable grey cushion and plastic protectors on each foot.

Please Note: The sets of these items will be delivered via pallet, this is a curb side delivery in which someone will have to be there to sign for the goods and take them into the property. You may also be left with the pallet. Contact us for more details.

Delivery

Expected Delivery Time: Delivery typically takes up to 14 working days, but it may vary for non-UK deliveries or during peak times like Christmas. These are estimates, not guarantees. 

Delivery quotes: We primarily deliver within mainland UK. If you would like a delivery quote for more remote areas of the UK or an overseas delivery quote, please contact our sales team.

Delivery Methods: Depending on the item and quantity ordered your item could be delivered by post, pallet or courier.  If there are any parking/access restrictions at your location, you must advise us of this at point of order. Heavy tables over 2.4m require two people on-site to assist our delivery team. 

Collection: We offer a free collection service from our Burntwood Showroom. Collections must be booked 48 hours in advance, if you require an earlier collection please contact our sales team. Please bring a receipt and photo ID matching the name on the receipt. Delivery or collections must be accepted within 10 business days in order to avoid a storage charge. If someone else collects for you, notify us in advance. They must bring your receipt and their ID, which will be securely stored for 3 months.

Returns

If you wish to return, no problem! We offer refunds within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns outside this period are not accepted. If your item was delivered we do charge a collection fee, if you collected the item you must return the item to our showroom. Items must be in its original, unused condition and remain untouched and returned in original packaging.

Bespoke and customised items are non-returnable. This includes vintage or commercial items made to order.
