The promoter of the prize draw is Peppermill Interiors which is a trading name of Peppermill Antiques Ltd, and shall hereon be referred to as ‘the promoter’. The collaborator on this prize draw is Imp and Maker, and shall hereon be referred to as ‘the collaborator’.

2. The competition is open to persons aged 18 years or over. This excludes employees of Peppermill Interiors and Imp and Maker, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the company or judging of the competition.
3. There is no entry fee for this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
5. The competition will run from 3:00pm on Monday 2nd June 2025 until 11:59pm on Monday 30th June 2025. After this date, no further entries into the competition will be permitted.
6. To enter the competition, an entrant must:

7. Unlimited entries to the competition are allowed
8. The winner will be contacted on w/c 30/06/2025 by direct message by @peppermillinteriors. We will never ask for financial or personal information. Beware of impersonator accounts. They will have 48 hours to reply and accept the prize.
9. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
10. The two prize hampers will be dispatched directly by IMP & MAKER, with winners contacted to confirm their delivery address and preferred delivery date. Prizes must be redeemed by 31st December 2025. Delivery is available to addresses within mainland UK only. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship fresh hamper contents to Northern Ireland, but an equivalent-value selection of ambient products can be arranged as an alternative. For winners based in the Scottish Highlands, delivery is possible, but fresh items may be substituted for ambient alternatives of equal value, where necessary.
11. Once accepted, the winner will be announced on Instagram stories by both @peppermillinteriors and @impandmaker.
12. By entering the competition, they are giving both the Client and Collaborators permission to publicly announce the winner’s name on their marketing platforms, including their website.
13. The prizes to be won by one winner include:

(2) A Steak Date Night Two Course Dine in Box (worth £135) and a Signature Charcuterie & Nibbles Hamper (worth £125), both with a Wicker Hamper Box from Imp & Maker.
14. Prizes are subject to availability, and the promoter and the collaborator reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. Both prizes are as stated and no other alternative or cash value will be offered.
15. The promoter accepts no responsibility for the prize once dispatched.
16. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
17. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and the terms and conditions without any notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
18. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this prize draw. The promoter is not responsible for sending out the collaborator's prize to the winner, the collaborator will be responsible for the prize they have given to the competition winner.
19. From all entries received, the winner will be picked at random and verified by the promoter.
20. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
