North London based pub, The Black Lion, resides within an iconic grade 2 listed building. Although the façade features marble columns, intricate frosted-glass detailing and high Victorian-style windows, it still remains rather inconspicuous from the outside. The Bar
Wood panelling covers every inch of this interior, from the rich burgundy textured ceiling to the ornate, gold accented wall friezes. If you are looking to recreate this grand effect, we offer a range of vintage or contemporary wall panels that could achieve this look.
To complement the glitz and glamour of the wall decor, Zinc-Edged Wooden Tables have been positioned around the bar area, and in true eccentric spirit, a Vintage Pommel Horse makes for an unusual bench, amongst the variety of seating available.
Peppermill Interiors’ Traditional Oak Carver and Side Chairs make an appearance throughout the lavish pub. These chairs have been upholstered in mustard yellow, burgundy and hunter green material to match the colour scheme and are finished with chunky brass studs to enhance the traditional old-school vibe. The carver chairs feature elegantly curved oak armrests, which emphasise the warm environment of this classic pub interior.
The Dining Room
The dining room is an ode to Peppermill Interiors, showcasing our vintage and industrial-style furniture in all its glory.
Starting from the skylights, the Kensington Three Tier Chandeliers refract the light and add a warming amber glow to this space. Positioned on the far wall, hang two Vintage Distressed Window Frame Mirrors, measuring over 160cm square. With their rustic, aged design, these mirrors complement the distressed wooden panels they’re mounted upon.
With bistro, dining and poseur tables dispersed around the room, these Copper-Topped tables with X-Frame Bases present an array of heights. As a final touch to this eclectic dining area, sits the imposing Detroit Height Adjustable Table paired with ten High Machinist-Style Copper Bar Stools. The dining room caters to all sizes of parties and, with the variety of tables and seating, repeat customers will love trying out the different dining sets.
