  • Lauren

    General Manager

    Lauren has been with the company since 2012. She oversees each department, manages HR and the day-to-day running of the business. Lauren is responsible for the recruitment of new staff members and for the development and implementation of company procedures, as well as delivering staff training and driving employee satisfaction at work. Lauren has a successful background in sales and still works closely with our commercial clients; she has previously worked on projects with brands such as Ted Baker, Jamie’s Italian & Nando’s.

  • Lina

    Financial Controller

    Lina joined Peppermill in 2018 and manages the finance department. She has a strong background in accounting and a wealth of experience within retail finance. She looks after all things finance-related, including payroll, invoices and stock control. Lina is fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese.

  • Abi

    Logistics Manager

    Abi joined Peppermill in 2015. Abi manages the logistics department and oversees all orders for Peppermill Interiors. She works closely with our Warehouse Manager to plan delivery routes all over the country for our own drivers. In addition to her logistics training, Abi was previously a member of the sales team.

  • Zoe

    Customer Services Manager

    Zoe is our customer service manager and deals with phone and email queries relating to products issues, service questions and customer concerns. She keeps customers updated with information about bespoke items and processes returns requests, updating our databases accordingly. Zoe also works closely with logistics to ensure all collections and return deliveries are running smoothly. Zoe has been with Peppermill since 2011 and has extensive experience in sales.

  • Clare

    Personal Assistant

    Clare joined Peppermill in 2018. She assists our General Manager with HR, admin and day to day running of the company.

  • Suzanne

    Procurement Coordinator

    Suzanne joined us in 2016, working within the finance department. In her new role, Suzanne liaises with our network of suppliers to place orders for new stock and assists with our antique and vintage purchases. On a day-to-day basis, Suzanne monitors stock levels and product sales to help establish trends and inform future order levels.  Suzanne also keeps our stock and purchasing databases up to date and keeps other departments updated on the arrival dates of incoming stock.

  • Sophie

    Logistics Coordinator

    Sophie assists the day-to-day tasks within the logistics department, ensuring all postal orders are dispatched within the correct timeframe. Working closely with the logistics manager and warehouse, she ensures all collections and return deliveries are running smoothly. Sophie has been with the company since 2017.

  • Isobel

    Sales and Project Consultant

    Isobel has been with the company since 2017. She looks after our main email inbox, responding to numerous customer enquiries on a daily basis. Isobel also takes telephone calls, assists with shop sales, and large commercial sales.

  • Laura

    Sales & Admin Assistant

    Laura helps take care of our Wayfair orders, operates telephone calls, deals with customer enquiries and processes sales orders. Laura also looks after our customers in the showroom, ensuring they have the correct product information and advising with colour and style choices, making sure customers have a fantastic, friendly experience with Peppermill.

  • Sam

    Sales and Admin Assistant

    Sam looks after our eBay messages and assists with sales in store and over the phone. Sam also answers messages that come to us via our website’s instant chat feature, helping customers with product information and website queries. Sam has been at Peppermill since 2016. 

  • Sophie

    Sales and Project Consultant

    Sophie joined Peppermill in 2017. She deals with incoming customer enquiries, taking sales in our showroom as well as over the phone and via email, and processing orders on our system. Sophie also looks after our large commercial sales.

  • George

    Sales & Admin Assistant

    George looks after our eBay messages and web orders. He assists with sales in store and over the phone. He also answers messages that come to us via our website’s instant chat feature, helping customers with product information and website queries.

  • Matt

    Digital Marketing Assistant

    Matt has been at Peppermill since 2016. He assists with keeping the website and Wayfair up to date with our latest products. This involves organising and optimising incoming photographs, conducting research and taking measurements. He works closely with our buying department and our photographers to ensure the process from the product being purchased to it appearing on our website runs smoothly. Matt also carries out weekly and monthly reporting to help monitor traffic to the site.

  • Henry

    IT and Marketing Support

    Henry maintains and monitors the IT functionality for the business, whilst also reporting for marketing tasks and supporting the marketing manager. Henry also looks after our eBay marketing and e-commerce duties, by uploading new stock onto eBay, monitoring stock levels and keeping the product process sheet up to date.

  • Jess

    Digital Marketing Assistant

    Jess is responsible for the uploading of new products onto the website and other e-commerce platforms. She creates product descriptions and makes sure the new listings are easy to read and user friendly. Jess also assists with the organisation of photoshoots and produces copy for the website, including the Peppermill blogs and projects page. 

  • Mariette

    Creative Marketing Assistant

    Mariette is responsible for scheduling social media posts and campaigns aligned to the overall marketing strategy.  She assists in the organising of photoshoots and visual merchandising and works closely with the marketing team and sales teams to develop and create artwork graphics to support sales objectives.

    Executive Office Dog (Still in Training)

    The newest addition to the Peppermill team, Nancy is the heart and soul of the office. Her main responsibilities include giving plenty of kisses and licks, bouncing around, and making sure everyone is happy in their working environment!
