Meet The Team
  • Lauren

    General Manager

    Lauren has been with the company since 2012. She oversees each department and manages HR and the day-to-day running of the business. Lauren is responsible for the recruitment of new staff members and for the development and implementation of company procedures, as well as delivering staff training and driving employee satisfaction at work. Lauren has a successful background in sales and still works closely with our commercial clients; she has previously worked on projects with brands such as Ted Baker, Jamie’s Italian & Nando’s.

  • Lina

    Financial Controller

    Lina joined Peppermill in 2018 and manages the finance department. She has a strong background in accounting and a wealth of experience within retail finance. She looks after all things finance-related, including payroll, invoices and stock control. Lina is fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese.

  • Aimée

    Marketing Manager

    Aimée joined us in 2015. She manages the marketing department at Peppermill Interiors, driving and implementing the company’s advertising and marketing strategies, such as coverage for exhibitions, magazine exposure and digital content. As well as managing our rebrand from ‘Antiques’ to ‘Interiors’, Aimée also managed the build and launch of our new website, which she says is her proudest achievement to date. Aimée and her team keep the website and social media sites current with our latest products and company news.

  • Sam

    Warehouse Manager

    Sam manages the day-to-day running of our warehouse. He is responsible for preparing outgoing orders for delivery by our network of couriers, organising incoming containers of stock and making sure staff members are up to date with training. Sam also oversees the assembly and production outputs of in our in-house workshop and ensures health and safety compliance in the warehouse. Sam has been with the company for a number of years, and also has previous experience in logistics.

  • Kayleigh

    Sales & Customer Service Manager

    Kayleigh oversees both our sales and customer service teams, managing the smooth day-to-day running of both departments. She deals with customer enquiries, processes sales and helps the customer service team to deal with returns requests and product issues quickly and efficiently, maintaining our high levels of service. Kayleigh has been with us since 2017.

  • Sophie

    Customer Services Assistant

    Sophie deals with phone and email queries relating to products issues, service questions and customer concerns. She keeps customers updated with information about bespoke items and processes returns requests, updating our databases accordingly. Sophie also works closely with logistics to ensure all collections and return deliveries are running smoothly. She has been with the company since 2017.

  • Zoe

    Purchasing Assistant

    Zoe liaises with our network of suppliers to place orders for new stock and assists with our antique and vintage purchases. On a day-to-day basis, Zoe monitors stock levels and product sales to help establish trends and inform future order levels. She also keeps our stock and purchasing databases up to date and informs other departments of the arrival dates of incoming stock. Zoe has been with Peppermill since 2011 and also has extensive experience in sales.

  • Isobel

    Sales and Project Consultant

    Isobel has been with the company since 2017. She looks after our main email inbox, responding to numerous customer enquiries on a daily basis. Isobel also monitors and processes our website orders, as well as telephone and shop sales, and large commercial sales.

  • Sam

    Sales and Admin Assistant

    Sam looks after our eBay messages and assists with sales in store and over the phone. Sam also answers messages that come to us via our website’s instant chat feature, helping customers with product information and website queries. Sam has been at Peppermill since 2016. 

  • Sophie

    Sales and Project Consultant

    Sophie joined Peppermill in 2017. She deals with incoming customer enquiries, taking sales in our showroom as well as over the phone and via email, and processing orders on our system. Sophie also looks after all of our eBay sales and large commercial sales.

  • Clare

    Sales & Admin Assistant

    Clare joined Peppermill in 2018. She assists customers with their enquiries, and takes sales in our showroom as well as over the phone and via email.

  • Abi

    Logistics Coordinator

    Abi joined Peppermill in 2015. She runs our logistics department, liaising with our network of external couriers to book in and organise deliveries to our customers. Abi works closely with our Warehouse Manager to ensure items are ready for dispatch, and she also plans delivery routes all over the country for our own drivers. In addition to her logistics training, Abi has previous experience as a member of the sales team.

  • Matt

    Marketing Assistant

    Matt has been at Peppermill since 2016. He assists with keeping the website, eBay and Amazon up to date with our latest products. This involves organising and optimising incoming photographs, conducting research and taking measurements. He works closely with our buying department and our photographers to ensure the process from the product being purchased to it appearing on our website runs smoothly. Matt also carries out weekly and monthly reporting to help monitor traffic to the site.

  • Anna-Mae

    Digital Marketing & Content Assistant

    Anna-Mae joined the team in 2017. Her specialism is social media, and she is responsible for the company’s output across various channels, such as Facebook and Instagram. Anna-Mae sources and creates content for our product listings, email marketing campaigns and our website blog page, which features customer photographs, our latest products and company news.

  • Suzanne

    Finance Assistant

    Suzanne joined us in 2016. She processes customer invoices, as well as invoices for outgoing payments. Suzanne also works closely with our buying department, assisting with stock management. She processes purchase orders for goods and materials for our warehouse and office and is always looking for the keenest prices.

  • George

    Operations Assistant

    George works with both the warehouse and the office. He assists with incoming stock deliveries as well as arranging outgoing orders via our network of couriers. George also assists with deliveries made by our in-house delivery team. George works closely with our photographers, and he also ensures our showroom is up to date with our latest lines and stock.

  • Lola

    Executive Office Dog

    Lola joined the company in 2005. Her day-to-day duties include patrolling the office to check that everyone is okay, and perfecting her napping skills.
