  • Isobel

    Sales Manager

    Isobel has been with the company since 2017. Isobel is responsible for the overall management of the Sales department, creating and implementing sales strategies and maximizing company revenues. Isobel also looks after large commercial sales.

  • Elizma

    Marketing Manager

    Elizma is responsible for managing the company's marketing initiatives. Elizma uses market research and analysis to direct and implement marketing strategy and planning. Managing the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns, overseeing current offerings to develop new initiatives and incentives to promote our product ranges. 

  • Zoe

    Customer Services Manager

    Zoe looks after customer services' enquiries relating to products, service questions and customer concerns. She keeps customers updated with bespoke item orders and processes returns requests, updating our databases accordingly. Zoe also works closely with our Logistics team to ensure all collections and return deliveries are running smoothly. Zoe has been with Peppermill since 2011 and has extensive experience in sales.

  • Luke

    Supply Chain Operations Manager 

    Luke oversees the supply chain process and daily workflow to maintain smooth operations, all while monitoring quality and safety to ensure that all processes meet the highest standards. Luke also plans and implements logistical strategies to ensure all targets are met. Luke collaborates across departments to identify and maintain resources required to provide an effective supply chain. 

  • Steve

    Warehouse and Production Manager

    Steve is responsible for the supervision and management of the Warehouse and Workshop team and processes. Steve manages the production order process to ensure timely processing of customers' orders to meet delivery deadlines. He also oversees the Warehouse and Workshop's Health and Safety Standards.

  • Adam

    Warehouse Team Leader 

    Adam is responsible for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse duties to ensure the daily operation is running efficiently. Adam also assists with the Health and Safety in the warehouse, ensuring policies are always followed.

  • Joanne

    Financial Controller

    Joanne oversees and manages the Finance department. She has a strong background in accounting and a wealth of experience within the industry. Joanne looks after all things finance-related, including monitoring cash flow and budgets, assisting with product pricing, invoices and stock control, to name just a few.

  • Priti

    Accounts Assistant

    Priti assists with the day-to-day running of the Accounts department. She manages invoices and orders, running calculations to ensure that records and payments are correct. Priti completes daily data entry onto our accounting systems and fulfils any other activities that the Accounts department requires.

  • Suzanne

    Procurement Coordinator

    Suzanne joined us in 2016. Suzanne liaises with our network of suppliers to place orders for new stock and assists with our antique and vintage purchases. On a day-to-day basis, Suzanne monitors stock levels and product sales to help establish trends and inform future order levels. Suzanne also keeps our stock and purchasing databases up to date and keeps other departments updated on the arrival dates of incoming stock.

  • Sophie

    Senior Logistics Coordinator

    Sophie is responsible for the day-to-day tasks within the Logistics department, ensuring all orders are dispatched within the correct timeframe. Working closely with the warehouse, she ensures all collections and return deliveries are running smoothly. Sophie has been with the company since 2017.

  • Rosie

    Logistics Coordinator

    Rosie supports the Logistics Department with organising deliveries with customers and arranging customer collections. Rosie also helps with answering Logistics telephone and email enquiries and assisting with general administrative duties.

  • Sophie

    Senior Sales and Project Consultant

    Sophie joined Peppermill in 2017. Sophie looks after our large commercial sales. She also deals with incoming customer enquiries, taking sales in our showroom as well as over the phone and via email, and processing orders on our system. 

  • George

    Sales and Project Consultant

    George looks after our eBay messages and website orders. He assists with sales in the showroom and over the phone or email. He also answers messages that come to us via our website’s instant chat feature, helping customers with product information and website queries.

  • Freya

    Sales and Project Consultant

    Freya assists with the processing of sales orders over the phone, email and the website. In the showroom, Freya is also on hand to advise on product information, colour and style choices for our customers. Freya also assists with large commercial sales.

  • Bethanie

    Sales and Project Consultant

    Bethanie processes sales orders over the phone and email, and processes website orders. In the showroom, Bethanie is also on hand to advise on product information, colour and style choices for our customers. She also helps with monitoring eBay orders and eBay stock levels.

  • Danielle

    Sales and Project Consultant

    Danielle looks after incoming customer sales enquiries, taking sales in our showroom as well as over the phone and via email, and processing orders on our system. Danielle also assists with large commercial sales.

  • Matt

    E-Commerce Executive

    Matt has been at Peppermill since 2016. He is responsible for keeping all marketing platforms up to date with our latest products. This involves taking and organising product photography, uploading products and taking measurements. He works closely with ensuring the website is all up-to-date to ensure the process from the product being purchased to it appearing on our website runs smoothly. 

  • Sam

    E-Commerce Executive

    Sam has been at Peppermill since 2016. Sam assists with product photography and uploading, ensuring all new products are uploaded correctly onto all selling platforms. He works closely with ensuring the website is all up-to-date to ensure the process from the product being purchased to it appearing on our website runs smoothly. 

  • Charlotte

    Creative Marketing Executive

    Charlotte is responsible for scheduling social media posts and campaigns aligned to the overall marketing strategy. She assists in the organising of photoshoots and visual merchandising. Charlotte also designs any artwork graphics and manages Peppermill's email marketing to support sales objectives. 

  • Amelia

    Marketing Admin Assistant and Copywriter

    Amelia is responsible for all of Peppermill’s compelling copy, including writing our product descriptions, blog posts and our commercial project case studies. Amelia also liaises with our external SEO agency to maintain our Google rankings and online brand awareness, as well as co-ordinating any PR enquiries.

  • Henry

    IT and Marketing Support

    Henry maintains and monitors the IT functionality for the business, whilst also reporting for marketing tasks and supporting the Marketing Manager. Henry also looks after the Google Shopping Feed and assists the team with e-commerce duties, particularly focused on Vintage Products. 

  • Nancy

    Executive Office Dog (Still in Training)

    The newest addition to the Peppermill team, Nancy is the heart and soul of the office. Her main responsibilities include giving plenty of kisses and licks, bouncing around, and making sure everyone is happy in their working environment! 

  • Lolly
