Please Note: There may be a delay to the delivery of your order over the Christmas period as our showroom, offices and warehouse will be closed on 26th and 27th December for Christmas and we will also be closed for our annual stock take from 1/1/24 to 7/1/24. Orders can still be made on our website; however, the orders will not be processed until we reopen on 8/1/24, therefore please allow extra time for your delivery for any orders made whilst we are closed. All enquiries will be responded to as soon as possible when we reopen on 8/1/24. If you have any queries over a website order you have made in the Boxing Day Sale our phone lines will be open from 9am - 5pm on Thursday 28th December, 9am - 16:30pm on Friday 29th December and 10am - 5pm on Saturday 30th September and a member of our sales team will be available to help.

The promoter of the Boxing Day Sale is Peppermill Interiors which is a trading name of Peppermill Antiques Ltd, and shall hereon be referred to as ‘the promoter’.

1. Our normal terms and conditions apply to the Boxing Day Sale, you can read our full terms and conditions here.  

2.       Opening Date for the sale will be on Tuesday 26th December 2022 at 7:00AM. Closing date for the sale will be Wednesday 27th December 2022 at 11:59PM. After this date no further orders with the discount applied will be permitted.

3.       Offer only valid on full priced items only, the 10% offer is not applicable on Clearance or Bespoke Furniture orders. 

4.       The 10% offer will only be valid online as our showroom and phone lines will be closed during this time.

5.       In order to get 10% off you must enter the discount code JOY10 at checkout on www.peppermillinteriors.com. The discount code will be valid for the dates of the sale stated and announced on the website, across our social media channels and to our mailing list on Tuesday 26th December 2023 at 7:00AM.

6.       Please note, any returns must follow our terms and conditions. You can return any complete, unused, undamaged item in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. You are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) to us, unless you received a faulty, damaged or wrongly despatched item. Returns can take up to 14 days to be processed, especially during busy periods. Please refer to our terms and conditions of sale.

7.     The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the sale and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the sale will be notified to customers on the website as soon as possible by the promoter.

8.   The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate details supplied by any customer. 

9.   The discount is as stated, and no other alternatives will be offered. The offer is not transferable. We reserve the right to substitute the discount with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

10.  The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Boxing Day Sale will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
